Sometimes, all it takes to change a life is a helping hand. Be that helping hand at a new IndyBar volunteer opportunity with Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana.

At Goodwill’s Expungement Clinics, you can help members of the community overcome issues in their past by providing guidance and direction regarding the Indiana expungement process. Unemployment or underemployment is both one of the greatest challenges an ex-offender faces and one of the greatest causes of recidivism. Expungement can help these individuals find jobs, get back on their feet and become active and engaged members of society again.

No prior expungement experience is necessary. Tools will be provided for volunteers to guide individuals through understanding the process; no representation is involved.

WHAT: Goodwill Expungement Clinic

WHEN: Pick the date that works best for you! Clinics will be held the second and fourth Tuesday of July and August from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

WHERE: Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, 1635 W. Michigan St.

Volunteer and you’ll even get free CLE at an upcoming training program:
