TERMINATION OF SUSPENSION
Boone County attorney Jeffrey B. Cooper’s suspension for failure to cooperate in case 06S00-1703-DI-139, was terminated Aug. 1, effective July 31. He is now reinstated to the practice of law.
The Indiana Supreme Court entered judgment in favor of former Marion County deputy prosecutor Gillian DePrez Keiffner, who was charged with attorney misconduct based on actions taken while prosecuting two criminal trials. The majority concluded the Disciplinary Commission did not meet its burden of proof that Keiffner violated Professional Conduct Rules 3.4(e) or 8.4(d).•
