Criminal. Affirms three-year prison sentence for conviction of Level 5 felony battery resulting in serious bodily injury. The trial court did not abuse its discretion and the sentence is not inappropriate in light of the nature of Kelcey Sample’s offense and his character.

Criminal. Affirms sentencing order requiring that Lori Cinelli serve eight years of her 10-year sentence in the Department of Correction for convictions of Level 2 and Level 3 felony counts of dealing in methamphetamine. The DOC placement was not inappropriate.
