Lawyers have an opportunity to earn two hours of continuing legal education ethics credit this month at an Indiana Lawyer program presented in partnership with Barnes & Thornburgh LLP.
Paganelli Law Group attorney James Bell will chair and moderate a panel whose scheduled speakers include Seth Pruden and G. Michael Witte from the Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, John Higgins of Katz Korin Cunningham, and Caitlin Schroeder of Barnes & Thornburgh.
Program presentation topics include: “When Lawyers Interact with Judges”; “So My Client Wants to Change His Social Media”; “Ethics in the Heat of Battle”; “Where Personal Life Meets Professional Practice”; and “Ethics of Discovery.”
The CLE will be Tuesday, Oct. 31 at Barnes & Thornburgh, 11 S. Meridian St., Indianapolis, from 1:30-3:45 p.m. Cost of the program is $99, and RSVPs will be accepted here through Tuesday, Oct. 24.
