Criminal. Affirms Cameron Tibbs’ convictions of Level 6 felony obstruction of justice and Class A misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license. 48A05-1702-DR-434
Domestic relation. Reverses the dissolution decree entered in Franklin Branham’s divorce from Dianne Ross Branham. Finds Franklin Branham has established prima facie error in the trial court’s denial of his emergency continuance motion. Remands for the Madison Circuit Court to conduct a new hearing and enter a new dissolution decree.
