John Bush v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)

Criminal. Affirms the Howard Circuit Court’s decision to place John Bush in the Indiana Department of Correction for the two-year executed portion of his sentence for Level 5 felony burglary. Finds Bush’s placement in the DOC is not inappropriate in light of the nature of his offense or his character.

Thomas Robert Bucher, Jr. v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms the revocation of Thomas Bucher, Jr.’s probation and the order for him to serve two years of his previously suspended sentence in the Indiana Department of Correction. Finds the Dearborn Circuit Court did not abuse its discretion.

In the Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship of S.D. (Minor Child) and D.D (Mother) and G.D. (Father) v. Indiana Department of Child Services (mem. dec.)
Juvenile termination of parental rights. Affirms the termination of D.D. and G.D.’s parental rights to their child, S.D. Finds the evidence was sufficient to support the juvenile court’s termination order. Also finds the juvenile court did not err in admitting the Department of Child Services’ proffered exhibits.

J.D. v. E.B. (mem. dec.)
Protective order. Affirms the grant of a protective over against J.D. for E.B. Finds sufficient evidence supported the Morgan Superior Court’s issuance of the protective order.
