Criminal. Affirms Dillon D. Scarbrough’s convictions of two counts of resisting law enforcement, one as a Level 6 felony and one as a Class A misdemeanor, and Level 6 felony intimidation, and his aggregate four-year sentence. Finds the Grant Superior Court did not abuse its discretion in admitting evidence. Also finds the state introduced sufficient evidence to sustain Scarbrough’s convictions. Finally, finds Scarbrough’s sentence is not inappropriately harsh.
