Electronic filing is now available in more than 40 civil and criminal case types in the Montgomery Circuit and Superior Courts.

By August 21, e-filing will be mandatory for attorneys in the Montgomery County courts for all subsequent and initial filings in case types that allow it. Three more counties are scheduled to implement e-filing this summer, with the Daviess Circuit and Superior Courts up next on June 27. Courts in eight additional counties will implement e-filing after the Odyssey online case management system is deployed in those counties.

The Indiana Supreme Court has set a goal of rolling out e-filing across the state by the end of 2018. The full e-filing implementation schedule is available here.
