Electronic filing is now available in more than 40 civil and criminal case types in the Warrick Circuit and Superior courts. By October 9, E-filing will be mandatory for attorneys in these courts for all subsequent and initial filings in case types that allow it.

This is the final implementation of e-filing this summer. Courts in eight additional counties will implement e-filing after the Odyssey case management system is deployed in those counties.

The Indiana Supreme Court has set a goal of rolling out e-filing across the state by the end this year. The full e-filing implementation schedule is available here.
