Criminal. Affirms the Marion Superior Court’s restitution order after Kyra Jacobs’ conviction of Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief. Finds there is sufficient evidence to support the conviction. Finds the trial court did not abuse its discretion.

Wanya Marcellas Dunn v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)

Criminal. Affirms Wanya Dunn’s six-year sentence for conviction of Level 3 felony robbery. Finds the Tippecanoe Superior Court did not abuse its discretion when it sentenced Dunn. Finds Dunn’s sentence is not inappropriate in light of the nature of the offense and his character.

Torrey Huston v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)

Criminal. Affirms Torrey Huston’s 12-year sentence for conviction of dealing cocaine. Finds the trial court did not abuse its discretion in finding that Huston voluntarily waived his right to be present at trial and trying him in his absence.
