Electronic filing is now available in a Hendricks County’s town court, one of the final forums to make the digital filing switch.

The Brownsburg Town Court instituted voluntary e-filing Friday and will require mandatory e-filing on May 6. Six remaining counties — Putnam, Miami, Howard, Clinton, Pike and Sullivan — have scheduled their e-filing go-live dates in 2019.

Putnam and Miami counties are scheduled to go live next week, and will require e-filing in May, followed by Howard, Clinton and Pike counties. The latter three will require mandatory e-filing in June.

Only Sullivan County has yet to deploy the Odyssey case management system. E-filing will be implemented there after the CMS is upgraded.

The full e-filing implementation schedule is available here.
