Criminal. Affirms Kenneth Ellis’ convictions of Level 5 felony battery by means of a deadly weapon and Class A misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. The evidence presented in Marion Superior Court was sufficient.

Juvenile termination of parental rights. Affirms the Tippecanoe Superior Court’s termination of father J.L. and mother S.B.’s parental rights to minor child D.J.S.L. The trial court did not err in determining termination is in the child’s best interests or in not appointing counsel for J.L.
