Indiana Court of Appeals
Sabrina Graham v. Thomas S. Wininger (mem. dec.)

18A-PL-2262
Civil plenary. Affirms the Martin Circuit Court’s judgment regarding Sabrina Graham’s claim against her brother, Thomas Wininger. Finds the trial court’s judgment against Graham regarding the lack of existence of an oral agreement with Wininger was not contrary to law. Graham’s procedural arguments also fail. Judge Terry Crone concurs in result without opinion.

In the Matter of the Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship of G.C. (Minor Child); B.W. (Father) v. Indiana Department of Child Services (mem. dec.)
19A-JT-83
Juvenile termination. Affirms the termination of father B.W.’s parental rights to his minor child G.C. Finds the Delaware Circuit Court did not err when it concluded that the Department of Child Services’ plan of adoption was satisfactory or concluding the termination was in G.C.’s best interest. Finds there is sufficient evidence to support the termination.

John Paul Allen v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
18A-CR-2987
Criminal. Affirms the Pike Circuit Court’s denial of John Allen’s motion to suppress evidence of narcotics and paraphernalia seized from his vehicle after a traffic stop. Affirms the trial court’s denial of Allen’s motion to suppress under Article 1, Section 11 and under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and finds his rights were not violated under either.
