Noblesville law firm Church Church Hittle & Antrim announced Tuesday that it has named attorney Jennifer Hughes as a managing partner.

Hughes currently serves as a partner in the firm’s family law practice, where she represents clients in complex divorce and family matters, including high-net-worth cases. Her practice also includes the division of complex assets, business valuations and child support.

She will continue serving her family law clients in addition to her responsibilities as a managing partner.

“CCHA Law has a strong foundation and a talented team, and I am honored to step into this role,” Hughes said in a press release. “I look forward to continuing to serve our clients while supporting the firm’s continued growth.”

“Jenni is deeply respected throughout our firm and is highly trusted by her clients,” outgoing Managing Partner Alex Pinegar, who had served in the role since 2021, said in a press release. “She leads with care and holds herself to a high standard. The partnership and I are highly confident that Jenni is the ideal person to lead CCHA Law into our next chapter, and I am excited to see what the future holds for our firm.”

Hughes joined CCHA in October 2009. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and her law degree from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, where she also received a certificate in family law.

Hughes is a member of the Indiana State, Indianapolis, Hamilton County and Boone County bar associations. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

CCHA is the 10th-largest law firm in the Indianapolis area, according to 2025 IBJ research, with nearly 60 local attorneys. It has offices in Noblesville, Fishers, Westfield, Zionsville, Fort Wayne, Tipton and Crown Point.
