Magistrate Judge Kenneth Abbott of the Clark Circuit Court has been appointed a senior judge effective Jan. 1, 2022.
The Indiana Supreme Court found Abbott met the criteria for appointment as senior judge and issued Abbott’s certification. His appointment will run until Dec. 31, 2022.
Abbott was admitted to the practice of law in Indiana in 1985.
