The following five individuals are in the running to succeed Judge John M. Marnocha, who is retiring in February:

  • Magistrate Judge Keith Doi
  • David Francisco
  • Christopher Fronk

The commission announced the finalists Wednesday evening after conducting interviews with applicants earlier in the day.

The names of the finalists will now go to Gov. Eric Holcomb, who will have 60 days to select one to fill the vacancy.
