The Indiana Supreme Court has suspended 231 lawyers for not complying with Admission and Discipline Rules, including not paying the annual registration fee and not meeting the continuing legal education requirement.

The suspensions are effective June 1, but the Supreme Court directed in its order that the proscription against the actual practice of law will go into effect at 12:01 a.m. EST June 26.

Suspended attorneys must be reinstated by complying with the applicable reinstatement procedures and paying any applicable penalties.

There were 124 Indiana attorneys suspended and 107 out-of-state attorneys suspended. Marion County had the most suspensions with 45.
