Holcomb last week reappointed David Hensel, a partner with Hoover Hull Turner LLP, and Mark Rutherford, a shareholder with Thrasher Buschmann & Voelkel P.C., to their positions on the 11-member commission. Rutherford currently serves as commission chair.
Both Hensel and Rutherford will serve until Oct. 31, 2025.
