The Indiana Supreme Court has certified a Bartholomew County judicial officer as a senior judge.

Justices approved in a Thursday order the certification of senior judge status for Heather M. Mollo, formerly a magistrate judge of the Bartholomew Circuit Court.

The senior judge met the qualifications for certification under Indiana Code section 33-27-4-1, according to an order issued by Chief Justice Loretta Rush. Mollo will maintain her status beginning through Dec. 31, 2021.
