Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP
Trevor Belden has spent his entire legal career at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, having joined in 1999 as a summer associate, when the firm was still Baker & Daniels. He returned after graduating from law school in 2000 and has remained there since. “I’ve been fortunate to grow up professionally here, alongside a lot of talented colleagues,” Belden said. His work on mergers and acquisitions and financial transactions can take him around the world. Recently, he represented a Japan-based client in the acquisition of a public company with significant U.S. operations. He also recently advised on several middle-market transactions in the Midwest, representing buyers and sellers in fields including industrial products, life sciences, home furnishings and recreational vehicles. In addition to his busy legal career, Belden co-founded IndyHub, a networking and development organization for young Indianapolis professionals, and owns Baby’s, a restaurant in the city’s Herron Morton neighborhood, and The Ball & Biscuit, a Mass Ave bar named among Esquire magazine’s best in the U.S. in 2012.
