Criminal. Affirms the calculation of credit time following the revocation of William A. Brown’s placement on in-home detention. Finds Brown has not pointed to any evidence indicating that he was confined during the period at issue.
Randall E. James v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms Randall Eugene James’ conviction of two counts of Level 4 felony arson for starting fires at his ex-wife’s apartment and her mother’s apartment. Finds any error in the admission of surveillance videos as evidence was harmless.
