Randall E. James v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms Randall Eugene James’ conviction of two counts of Level 4 felony arson for starting fires at his ex-wife’s apartment and her mother’s apartment. Finds any error in the admission of surveillance videos as evidence was harmless.
