The Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition at Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington needs judges for the upcoming competition.

Each judge serves as a member of a panel to hear student arguments and offer comments on the students' performances. A complete session, including judges' comments, takes about two hours.

The oral arguments will be scheduled from Oct. 10 to Nov. 10, most weeknights and Saturdays. The evening arguments begin at 6 and 8 p.m., with Saturday arguments at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m.

Judges will receive before arguments a bench brief that outlines the current applicable law and suggests questions for each side. For more information or to register as a judge, visit IU-Bloomington's Web site or e-mail [email protected].
