With an impending winter storm taking aim at Indiana this weekend, the Indiana Senate passed a motion Thursday just in case session has to be cancelled Monday.

The motion says that if session is cancelled March 3, the second reading deadline will be Tuesday and the third reading deadline moves to Wednesday. If session occurs as scheduled Monday, then the current deadline calendar does not change.

March 4 is the last day for third reading of House bills in the Senate.

Monday is the last day for third reading of Senate bills in the House.

Both are scheduled to reconvene Monday afternoon. The session ends March 14.
