Appointments and Elections
MenyhartTaft Stettinius & Hollister LLP attorney *Russell C. Menyhart has been appointed to serve on the board of directors for the America China Society of Indiana. The organization’s mission is to strengthen the Indiana-China business relationship, create mutually beneficial business opportunities, and foster a China-friendly business environment in Indiana.
Warrick & Boyn partner Tim Shelly has been appointed to the Elkhart Urban Enterprise Association executive leadership board. He will serve as secretary for the association.
FrankHollingsworth & Zivitz P.C. attorney *L. Leona Frank has been elected secretary of the American Bar Association Law Practice Division. In February 2015, she will become chair of strategy and planning for the division, and in August 2017 she will become chair of the division.
Awards and Honors Marion Superior Judge David Certo received the Patient Health Advocate Award Sept. 7 during the Indiana State Medical Association’s annual convention. He was recognized for his advocacy in helping nonviolent offenders with mental health issues.•
