Affirms denial of Social Security disability benefits, rejecting Loveless’ contention that an administrative law judge’s determination affirmed by the district court that he could perform light work duties with restrictions minimized the opinion of his personal physician and disbelieved his testimony about the limiting effects of his impairments.
