The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission brings charges against attorneys who have violated the state’s rules for admission to the bar and Rules of Professional Conduct. The Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications brings charges against judges, judicial officers, or judicial candidates for misconduct. Details of attorneys’ and judges’ actions for which they are being disciplined by the Supreme Court will be included unless they are not a matter of public record under the court’s rules.

Disbarment
Donald Edward Jones, of Allen County, was disbarred by the Indiana Supreme Court March 7 for mismanaging his trust account, converting client funds and failing to cooperate with the disciplinary process. Read more on page 25.

Suspension
Jerry L. Ulrich, of Floyd County, was suspended March 2 by the Indiana Supreme Court for six months, all stayed subject to completion of at least two years of probation. He was suspended for failure to regularly withdraw from his trust accounts funds he had earned and for his representation of a client in a personal injury lawsuit. The costs of the proceeding are assessed against him.

Public reprimand
Kristin R. Fox, of St. Joseph County, received a public reprimand from the Indiana Supreme Court March 2. She was reprimanded for filing a corrected appellant’s brief in which the Table of Contents increased from one page to 36 pages, the argument section was improperly labeled and her new Table of Authorities included 59 additional sources not included in the original brief.•
