Suspension
The Indiana Supreme Court suspended Joseph M. Johnson III of Adams County for one year after finding he violated Rules of Professional Conduct regarding his repeated harassment of an ex-girlfriend. The suspension begins June 28 and he must petition for reinstatement. The costs of the proceeding are assessed against him.
St. Joseph County attorney Sven E. Marshall was suspended May 18 by the Indiana Supreme Court for noncooperation with the Disciplinary Commission’s investigation into a grievance. The suspension will remain in effect until he cooperates or until further order of the court. Marshall must also pay $513.24 for the costs of the proceeding.
Public reprimand
Patrick H. Mulvany, of Marion County, was publicly reprimanded May 18 for submitting applications for attorney fees in Social Security claims cases that did not reflect actual time expended. The costs of the proceeding are assessed against him.•
