Indiana Court of Appeals
In the Matter of the Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship of B.W., Minor Child, and A.T., Mother v. The Indiana Department of Child Services (mem. dec.)

32A01-1709-JT-2041
Juvenile termination of parental rights. Affirms the termination of mother A.T.’s parental rights to her minor child, B.W. The evidence is sufficient to support the Hendricks Superior Court’s best interests determination.

David Galyen v. Amber Galyen (mem. dec.)
83A04-1711-DR-2664
Domestic relation. Affirms the Vermillion Circuit Court’s order on the objection to David Galyen’s intent to relocate and request for custody filed by Amber Galyen, finding the order was not clearly erroneous.

South Shore GP, LLC, and Edgewater Systems for Balanced Living, Inc. v. Jonathan Anderson, Anderson Partners LLC, UP Commons LLC, UP Development LLC, UPA LLC, and Cullen J. Davis (mem. dec.)
45A04-1710-PL-2287
Civil plenary. Affirms the Lake Superior Court’s denial of a preliminary injunction to prohibit Jonathan Anderson, Anderson Partners LLC, UP Commons LLC, UP Development LLC, UPA LLC, and Cullen J. Davis from terminating Edgewater Systems for Balanced Living, Inc. as a service provider of South Shore Commons in Gary. South Shore GP, LLC and Edgewater failed to show the trial court’s judgment is contrary to law. Also, adequate legal remedies exist for any loss of goodwill and potential damage to future business relationships that may be established in a hearing on the merits.
