In next week’s episode of The Indiana Lawyer Podcast, host Maura Johnson speaks with Fran Quigley, a clinical professor of law at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.

Quigley is the director of McKinney’s Housing, Health, and Human Rights Clinic, which engages students in domestic human rights advocacy and litigation with a focus on the human right to safe and affordable housing.

In addition to his work at McKinney, Quigley has authored several academic journal articles and books on human rights, including his most recent book, “Lessons from Eviction Court.”

In this clip of next week’s episode, Quigley discusses Indiana’s eviction system, the housing crisis facing low-income Hoosiers, and how law students are learning to represent tenants through the Housing, Health, and Human Rights Clinic.
