IRS claws back money given to businesses under fraud-ridden COVID-era tax credit program

The IRS said it received $225 million from a voluntary disclosure program, which ended on March 22, that let small businesses that thought they received the credit in error give back the money and keep 20%. That money came from more than 500 taxpayers with another 800 submissions still being processed.

The solar eclipse will change some voting registration deadlines in Indiana

Finds the trial court’s grant of First Financial’s motion to dismiss under Trial Rule 12(B)(1) was in error because the court has subject matter jurisdiction over the class of case at issue. Remands for further proceedings.

Riverview Health sues to claw back wage overpayments to physician
