Post-conviction relief. Affirms the denial by Franklin Circuit Court Judge Clay Kellerman of Richard Campos’ petition for post-conviction relief. Finds Campos has not demonstrated the trial court’s discussion with the parties – about why it would not accept their plea agreement and what sentence it might possibly accept – rendered his guilty plea involuntary.
