Juvenile. Dismisses J.J.’s appeal of the Jennings Circuit Court’s finding that he had violated his probation and ordered him to report to the Indiana Department of Correction housing at the Logansport Juvenile Correctional Facility. Finds J.J. is precluded from challenging the validity of the agreed modification on direct appeal. Attorney for appellant: Benjamin Loheide.
