The Indiana Court of Appeals on Tuesday dismissed an appeal from a man whose ex-wife’s body was found in a southern Indiana lake six years ago. The man sought to quash a subpoena for his cellphone records sought by the woman’s father, who previously fought local law enforcement to win access to investigatory records pertaining to his daughter’s death.

Fishers city officials are making plans to spend $4.7 million that, in any previous year, would have gone to the city of Carmel. Dodson Jr.’s conviction and aggregate sentence of more than 87 years for his conviction in Allen Superior Court of murder and criminal recklessness and an enhancement for using a firearm in the crime. Finds his sentence was not inappropriate and Dodson waived arguments or requested the court to impermissibly reweigh the evidence.
