The Indiana Supreme Court granted transfer Dec. 16 to a post-conviction case and remanded it to the Indiana Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals dismissed with prejudice the appeal of Paul Rykard Jr. in May in the case Paul Rykard Jr. v. State, No. 02A03-0710-PC-476.
