The Indiana Supreme Court is accepting applications through Jan. 21 for the state Board of Law Examiner’s executive director position. The BLE’s former executive director, Linda Loepker, resigned Dec. 6.

Applicants must be an attorney in good standing with several years experience. Applicants should have demonstrated management experience and competency in spreadsheet, database, and office software as well as strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability. The person will oversee an $800,000 annual budget and be responsible for four full-time and 60 part-time employees during the bar exam and swearing-in ceremonies. Compensation is $70,000 or appropriate based on experience.
