The Allen Superior Court Criminal Division is accepting applications for the magistrate judge position that will open up after Magistrate Judge Robert J. Schmoll retires. Magistrate Schmoll was appointed to the bench in January 1995.

Applications are being taken through May 6. The new magistrate will be hired on or before June 1. Applicants must be Indiana attorneys in good standing and live in Allen County. The application and more information are available on the state courts’ website.

Questions on the application process should be sent to Gloria Perez at [email protected] or call 260-449-7681.
