The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Indiana is developing a panel of attorneys who want to serve as mediators pursuant to Local Rule B-9012-2. The panel is intended to make alternative dispute resolution more available for cases where this type of mechanism will be appropriate.

The list will be a resource for parties and the court; parties may still select the mediator of their choice.

Those who want to serve as a mediator and be listed on the panel should email [email protected] and provide contact information, background in ADR, and indicate if you are willing to provide mediation pro bono.

Once developed, this list will be available on the court’s website.
