The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana's brown-bag discussion about contraception will include two state lawmakers.

Sens. Jean Breaux, D-Indianapolis, and Vi Simpson, D-Ellettsville, will be part of a panel discussing reproductive rights and contraception at noon on June 6 at the WFYI Community Room, 1630 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis. Gubernatorial candidate John Gregg recently named Simpson as his running mate.

Also on the four-person panel are Betty Cockrum, CEO of Planned Parenthood of Indiana, and Lisa Wilken, a veteran of the United States Air Force. Barbara Lewis of Sound Medicine will moderate. The discussion is a part of the ACLU of Indiana's First Wednesdays series.

Beverages will be provided at the 50-minute event. Guests are asked to bring their own lunch.
