The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana is seeking public comment about proposed changes to the court’s local rules. The changes involve the following rules:
- B-2002-2, Notice of Opportunity to Object to Motions, amending the rule to include motions to disburse sale proceeds.
- B-6004-1, Sales Outside the Ordinary Course of Business, amending the rule for clarification that motions to disburse sale proceeds are subject to Local Bankruptcy Rule B-2002-2.
