Finds Dugle and Shah’s amended complaint filing was timely as it complied with the 30-day deadline set forth by the court.

Criminal. Affirms Hoskin’s felony murder conviction and 50-year sentence. The trial court did not abuse its discretion when it denied Hoskin’s motion to correct error on Brady grounds. There was sufficient evidence to sustain the murder conviction.
