Indiana Court of Appeals Senior Judge William I. Garrard has been publicly reprimanded by the Indiana Supreme Court for his conviction of operating while intoxicated endangering a person, a Class A misdemeanor. Garrard violated Code of Judicial Conduct Rules 1.1 and 1.2. Garrard and the Judicial Qualifications Commission agreed on public reprimand as his sanction.
