Judge Roger D. Davis, formerly the judge of the Harrison Superior Court, has been certified as an Indiana senior judge.

The Indiana Supreme Court on Tuesday issued an order finding that Davis meets the criteria for senior judgeship under Indiana Code § 33-27-4-1. His appointment is effective Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022.

Davis resigned from the Harrison Superior Court in 2014, according to the Louisville Courier-Journal. The current judge is Joseph L. Claypool.

Davis was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1982.
