IHOR BOYKO
Ihor has been a staff attorney at the Indiana Department of Natural Resources for almost 30 years. Ihor graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. A former Deputy Public Defender, Ihor has spent his career serving the people of the State of Indiana.
ANTHONY CAMPO
A distinguished attorney with decades of experience, Anthony has served clients in Indianapolis and Marion County throughout his career. Anthony M. Campo & Associates thrived as a well-established law firm beginning in 1977. Anthony graduated from Northwestern University School of Law and is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Illinois and Indiana.
THE HON. JAMES CARR
Judge Carr is a 1975 magna cum laude graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington and was Order of the Coif. Upon graduation from law school, Judge Carr joined the Indianapolis-based law firm of Baker & Daniels. He was a partner in that firm until he became a judge with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana in January 2013. Judge Carr is an adjunct professor at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, teaching bankruptcy and business reorganization. He currently serves as an Emeritus member of the law school’s Board of Visitors. He is a past member and president of the law school’s Alumni Board.
RANDALL CHILCOTE
Randy is the founding partner of Chilcote Kibbe & Hillery PC. For 50 years Randy has practiced primarily in the areas of business law, estate planning, and estate administration. He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University – Bloomington and continued his education at the now McKinney School of Law. Upon graduating law school, he practiced as a solo practitioner before joining with other attorneys to form what has evolved into Chilcote Kibbe & Hillery PC.
THOMAS L. DAVIS
The 1994 President of the IndyBar, Tom is a member of Frost Brown Todd LLP where he continues to concentrate his practice in personal injury defense and business litigation. He has tried more than 100 jury trials in state and federal courts as well as representing clients in numerous mediations and settlement conferences. One of a handful of recipients of IndyBar’s most prestigious award, the Luminary Award, Tom has also been an active leader for the Indianapolis Legal Aid Society where he continues to give his time to their annual fundraising roast. Tom is also both a Distinguished Fellow and a Life Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation.

MICHAEL R. FRANCESCHINI
Michael is a Member of Ayres Carr & Sullivan PC, in Indianapolis. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University before graduating from law school and beginning his Indiana law career. Over his five decades of practice, Michael has concentrated on business law, estate-planning, trial and appellate litigation, and civil-trial work.
KENT FRANDSEN
Kent is Senior Counsel with Parr Richey Frandsen Patterson Kruse LLP, where he has built a distinguished legal career serving Indiana’s businesses, public institutions, and communities. Kent earned his Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from Indiana University Bloomington before continuing his education at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. There, he graduated summa cum laude and quickly entered public service as a law clerk for the Hon. James E. Noland of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Kent joined what is now Parr Richey in the late 1970s and has since cultivated a broad and impactful practice.

David serves as a Director at Lewis Kappes PC, where he leverages his five decades of legal experience to deliver strategic guidance and litigation advocacy in labor & employment, corporate & transactional, and general counsel roles. Beyond his legal work, David has committed himself to community service. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis (including as Chair), and he has held leadership positions with organizations such as the Venture Club of Indiana and the Shattuck St. Mary’s School in Minnesota.

Geoff is a founding partner of Mallor Grodner Plummer Attorneys with offices in Bloomington and Indianapolis. Tom is a Partner at Woodard Emhardt Henry Reeves & Wagner. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, Tom advises clients on complex intellectual-property matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade-secrets across a variety of industries. He is nationally recognized for his IP litigation and advisory work—as well as his leadership within the local legal community, including past terms as President of IndyBar and board member of the Indiana State Bar Association. Tom is also a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation.
LILLIA JUDSON
Lilia served as Executive Director of the Division of State Court Administration for the State of Indiana, after joining the judiciary’s administrative team in the 1970s. A graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, she helped guide sweeping reforms in Indiana’s court system while serving — including the implementation of a uniform case numbering system, statewide electronic filing, and organizational restructuring of court administration. Over her 50-year career, Lilia worked under 17 Indiana Supreme Court Justices and was recognized with the Warren E. Burger Award for Excellence in Court Administration in 2016.
JOHN LISHER
John is a partner with Kopka Pinkus Dolin where he has fifty years of litigation experience to defend businesses and individuals in high-exposure claims involving product defects, premises liability, toxic exposure and catastrophic injury. A graduate of Indiana University and the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, John holds admission to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the U.S. Supreme Court.
MARY LISHER
Mary is a distinguished attorney with five decades of experience in the fields of real estate, land-use, and corporate transactions. She was the first woman to practice law at the firm then known as Baker & Daniels, which later merged into Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. Over her tenure, she contributed significantly to the firm’s real estate and land-use practice, advising clients on complex transactions, zoning and development issues, and institutional real-estate portfolios. She served as Chair of IndyBar’s Legislative Committee, and is a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. In 2018, she was honored with the Zeff Weiss Award by the IndyBar’s Real Estate & Land Use Section in recognition of outstanding service, leadership, and influence in the real-estate bar community.
DENNIS LOPES
Dennis is the founding attorney of Lopes Law Office in Indianapolis, where he has dedicated his 50 years of practice to serving clients in family-law and related civil matters. A graduate of North Carolina Central University (B.A.) and Ohio Northern University College of Law, Dennis was admitted to the Indiana bar in October 1975. Jane earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Purdue University and then obtained her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She served for many years on the Indianapolis Bar Foundation Board of Directors and is a Distinguished Fellow. She is also a long-time member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis, Inc.
MICHAEL MILLER
Mike graduated from North Central High School and then earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hanover College. After two years of military service, he attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law on the G.I. Bill, graduating in 1974. After law school, Miller served as a law clerk for the Indiana Court of Appeals and then spent four years as a Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County. Mike later pivoted to civil trial work and became a partner at Montross Miller. Over his career, he has aggressively represented clients in medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, product liability and wrongful death cases. In 2011, Hanover College inducted him into their Athletic Hall of Fame, recognizing his years as a standout basketball player.
