IndyBar members and the legal community overwhelmingly showed their support of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation during its second annual Day of Giving on Oct. 23, 2019, with donors contributing $30,619 as of press time. On top of that, the Day of Giving generated an additional $25,000 pledge from a single anonymous donor.

A component of the Day of Giving is a competition among IndyBar groups for donations. Congrats to these winners!

• Law Firm Winner (largest donation amount): Bose McKinney & Evans LLP
• Law Firm Winner (most donors): Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP
• Bar Leader Series Winner: Class XI
• Section/Division Challenge Winner: Family Law Section

Special congratulations also go to these firms for achieving 100 percent participation among their attorneys:

• Wanzer Edwards PC
• Rebecca Geyer & Associates
• Jeselskis Brinkerhoff Joseph LLP
• Findling Park Conyers Woody & Sniderman PC
• Cline Farrell Christie Lee & Bell

The Day of Giving is just one way to support the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. The gift of time and treasure enables the IBF to fund important programs like IndyBar pro bono initiatives, the Bench Bar Conference and Diversity Job Fair, tuitions to defray the cost of law school and bar preparation courses, grants to partner organizations and much more.
