By Brandon Eades, product marketing coordinator for IndyBar

During the months of August and September, the Indiana Appellate Institute heard three moot court cases. Thank you to these panelists for volunteering their time to the institute during the months of August and September:

Jane Dall Wilson, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP; Stephen Peters, Kroger Gardis & Regas LLP; Seema Shah, Bose McKinney & Evans LLP; Brad Catlin, Williams Law Group LLC; Bryan Babb, Bose McKinney & Evans LLP; Marie Miller, Institute for Justice; Libby Yin Goodknight, Krieg DeVault LLP; Zach Stock, Indiana Public Defender Council; Rich Blaiklock, Lewis Wagner LLP; Kevin Koons, Kroger Gardis & Regas LLP; Sam Adams, Indiana Disability Rights.

If you have an upcoming case in front of the Indiana Supreme Court or Court of Appeals, go to indybar.org/IndianaAppellateInstitute to learn how you can present your case to the Appellate Institute.•

*Modeled after the Supreme Court Institute at Georgetown University Law Center, the institute’s core mission is to raise the level of oral advocacy before Indiana’s state appellate courts. When availability allows, the institute will also arrange for moot panels to prepare argument before other courts.
