Female mentorship in the workplace is important now more than ever, and the IndyBar Women and the Law Division (WLD) is looking to help you find your perfect match! The WLD’s 2021 Mentoring Program will look a little different this year, but even in its virtual format, the program opens the door to the IndyBar’s abundant network of female lawyers ready to become a part of YOUR team and aid your success as a lawyer in Indianapolis. We hope you’ll participate and join us for our virtual kick-off event on Feb. 24!

Fast Facts:

• Mentoring teams consist of 3-5 people with a balanced mix of mentees and mentors.

• Each mentoring team will meet once a month (or as often as schedules allow!) to share advice, perspectives and stories.

• Sign up deadline for the mentoring program is February 12, 2021.

How to Sign Up:

• Sign up for the Mentoring Program through the event page on the IndyBar website at indybar.org/wldmentor.

• If you are not able to attend the virtual gathering, select the “Mentoring Program Only” event rate option and continue the registration process. There is no fee for the Mentoring Program.

Mentoring groups will get to meet each other in breakout rooms and interact for the first time at this virtual event. In order to well serve program participants, please register well in advance at indybar.org/wldmentor! •
