Attorney for appellant: Matthew McGovern. Attorneys for appellees: Bradley Sugarman, Daniel McInerny ,Jackson Schroeder, Attorney General Todd Rokita, Kathy Bradley.
Maria Navarette v. Elkhart County Auditor and Elkhart County Treasurer
25A-TP-755
Petition for tax deed. Affirms the Elkhart Circuit Court’s denial of Maria Navarette’s petitions for extension of time for redemption. Finds that Navarette does not establish that she or her attorney were provided with any incorrect information, or that she or her attorney acted without knowledge of any material fact or in reliance upon a representation of the county auditor or another government office. Also finds trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying Navarette’s petitions. Attorneys for appellant: Nancy McCaslin, James McCaslin. Attorneys for appellees: Nathaniel Jordan, Nicholas Gerstbauer.
