Michael R. Jent v. Bureau Of Motor Vehicles (mem. dec.)
Civil tort. Affirms the dismissal of Michael Jent’s complaint against the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Finds any error committed by the Marion Superior Court in granting the BMV’s motion to dismiss Jent’s complaint with prejudice was harmless.

Anthony M. Veals v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms Anthony M. Veals’ conviction for Level 6 felony residential entry. Finds sufficient evidence to support his conviction.

Termination: M.M., et al. v. Indiana Department of Child Services, et al. (mem. dec.)
Juvenile termination. Affirms the termination of A.H. and M.M.’s parental rights to their child, K.M. Finds the Department of Child Services established by clear and convincing evidence the requisite elements to support the termination of parental rights.
