Court of Appeals of Indiana

Steven D. Lemons v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms Steven Lemons’ conviction for Level 6 felony attempted residential entry. Finds the state presented sufficient evidence to support the conviction.

Brian Taylor v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Dismiss Brian Taylor’s appeal because he had waived his right to appeal as a condition of his plea agreement.

D.F. v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Juvenile. Affirms the adjudication that D.F. is delinquent based on a true finding on one count of child molesting, as a Level 4 felony if committed by an adult. Finds the state provided sufficient evidence to support the adjudication.

In re the Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship of C.R. and B.R. (Children) and J.R. (Father) and E.W. (Mother) v. Indiana Department of Child Services (mem. dec.)
Juvenile termination of parental rights. Affirms Floyd Circuit Court’s judgment. Finds the trial court’s findings support its conclusion that the conditions the children were removed from would not be remedied and that termination of parental rights was in the children’s best interest.
