Kevin T. Price v. State of Indiana

Criminal. Affirms Kevin Price’s guilty plea to Level 6 felony possession of cocaine, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and being a habitual offender. Finds Delaware Circuit Court Judge John Feick did not abuse his discretion by denying Price’s motion to withdraw his guilty plea and by revoking his probation. Appellant’s attorney: Ana M. Quirk.
